Job description

- 35 to 40 hours a week
- £9.50 per hour
- Flexible in terms of days / times worked
- Initially working from Office and" in the field"

- Job role:

- Tenant check ins & check outs
- Updating the inventory or creating an inventory from scratch
- Inspections
- Running keys to local contractors (mileage paid)
- Ensuring the properties are ready before tenants move in
- Checking the quality of the clean / repairs after they have been carried out
- Data entry
- Answering tenant calls & helping resolve maintenance issues (mobile phone provided)
- Educating tenants about condensation etc by sending appropriate leaflets or videos or talking to them

Office Admin and Management Role

Salary: From £20,800.00 per year

Pay: £11.44-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
