£50,000 - £100,000 OTE Fine & Country has an immediate opening for an Associate to work in the upper quartile property market within the Newcastle or Northumberland areas.
What you do:
- Liaise with high-net-worth clients regarding their property sale
- Be responsible for your own lead generation by prospecting for new business
- Work closely with clients from the initial enquiry/contact, conduct market appraisals, viewings, negotiate offers and ensure the transaction runs
smoothly through to completion
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Provide exceptional service to the clients

Who are we looking for:
- An experienced Agent, who has sold Luxury Homes across Northumberland or the Newcastle area
- You will be an ambitious, highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual
- You will provide the highest levels of customer service and have exceptional interpersonal skills providing a bespoke ‘wrap around’ service to clients
- You will believe in ongoing personal and professional development
