Your key responsibilities will be:
- Update websites, window displays and office property lists
- Organise boards to be erected and taken down as necessary
- Sales progression – progressing your sold properties pipeline to their completion
- Creating property brochures adding photos and floor plans
- Generating sales valuations
- Dealing with enquiries
- Daily review of purchasers within our database
- Carrying out viewings
- Agreeing sales
- Plus other duties which may be required from time to time
Skills/Experience/Attributes
The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following qualities:
- You must be confident, outgoing, proactive and highly motivated
- Able to work under pressure and understand that deadlines have to be met
- An excellent rapport builder and communicator
- Smart and well-presented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Local knowledge of Newcastle area would be very useful
Qualifications
At the end of this apprenticeship you will be a qualified Estate Agent.
Drivers License Essential
