Estate Agent Branch Manager

Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Estate AgentBranch Manager, on behalf of our client based near St Albans, Herts.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous estate agency Branch Manager experience is ideal.
• However, an ambitious senior sales negotiator with over 3 years sales negotiation experience would also be considered.
• Must have a full UK driving licence.
• Professional and outgoing with excellent communication skills.
• Team player with strong people management skills.
• Self-motivated with strong business development skills.

Office Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm Saturday 9 am to 5 pm (If you work Saturday you will get a day off in the week)

Basic salary: GBP30,000 pa - GBP35,000 pa with OTE GBP50,000 pa
