Position: Estate Agent (Property Management)
Location: Heswall
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am-5:30 pm
Salary £ DOE
Due to growth and expansion, our client is looking for 2 additions to their, team, the ideal candidate will have previous customer service or experience as an Estate Agent, and you will be required to
manage a portfolio of tenants. Assisting with moving tenants in, arranging maintenance on tenanted and vacant properties and liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors to resolve maintenance issues as efficiently as possible.
You will on occasion visits to inspect tenanted properties report the condition back to the landlords and resolve any issues. You will also be responsible for tenancy changes, renewals, checkouts and keeping up to date with legislation.
