A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Estate Agent -Senior Sales Consultantto join one of the area's most well-known agents, working out of their successful office in Bristol Longwell Green/ Keynsham hub

The Role

Working at the heart of your branch team and with colleagues across your region and branch network, you’ll be passionate about matching people with the most appropriate property. The role's main purpose is to conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and negotiate sales and their progress through exchange and completion. Valuation experience would be beneficial as well.

It’s a passion you’ll share with your colleagues, who’ll support and assist you to deliver the best customer service possible.

The Role

As a Senior Sales Consultant you will be in charge of:

  • Booking in and conducting valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression
  • Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential Vendors & Buyers
  • Supporting and guiding more junior members of the team
  • Following office procedures & policies
  • Contribution and awareness of KPIs & targets
  • Listing properties on the market
  • Proactively ring thorough the database for business generation

The Candidate

  • Previous Estate Agent Sales Negotiatorexperience is essential
  • You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
  • You will have solid IT skills and experience of using Estate Agency CRM systems
  • Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key
  • You will be well spoken and well presented
  • You will be target driven and ambitious
  • You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
  • If you have experience in valuations - additional OTE will be on the top on sales one

*please be advised salary advertised is average salary banding including OTE on top of basic per annum *
