We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic couple to join a growing estate team in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The privately owned Estate is undergoing an extensive program of development which will create a boutique hotel style community with vineyard and state of the art facilities. There are currently 3 completed villas which are in use by the family but also rented out. In addition to hospitality duties, you will contribute to the overall running of the estate through problem-solving, repairs, budget management, and other operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair villas, sourcing local experts when necessary for electrical, plumbing, and other specialised repairs.
• Make suggestions for improvements to enhance guest experiences and manage budgets accordingly.
• Manage cleaning, gardening, and pool staff, ensuring high standards and cost-effectiveness.
• Act as concierge, assisting guests with arrival plans, arranging local activities, and providing support throughout their stay.
• Organise local transportation and solve routine guest problems promptly.

Requirements:

• A couple, fluent in both Italian and English.
• Excited about living on-site at the estate and becoming integral members of the community.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in hospitality, property management, and facilities maintenance.
• Basic computer literacy, budgeting skills, and supplier management experience.
• Clean driving licence.
