SalaryLooking for an Estate Services Coordinator to join a leading Property Maintenance company based around Islington.
Rate up to 29.62 Umbrella, 6 month contract.
40 hours, Monday to Friday, weekends on a rota basis.
Undertaking:
- Maintaining estates to highest possible standards.
- Leading a team of caretakers, overseeing training, managing performance.
- Monitoring and taking corrective action of associating services, e.g waste and recycling.
- Working closely with residents to meet service improvement requests.
What you will need:
- Proven experience of delivering public services.
- Need experience of leading a team, and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation, Estate Services and maintenance.
- Ability to work under pressure, analyse information and assess quality of work.
- Flexible approach
- Undergo Health and safety training and obtain a Basic satisfactory clearance from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
