We have six campuses across the city with over 4,500 full time learners and 10,000 part time learners. The role: Gower College Swansea has seven campuses with extensive buildings and grounds. The aim of this role is to organise and supervise administrative and financial systems within the Estates department.  Contribute to planning, development and monitoring of Estates software and databases and day to administrative support. Full Time (37 hours per week) Permanent £24,131 - £26,268 per annum Tycoch Campus Key Responsibilities: Credit Card purchases and reconciliation for all estates related transactions. Collating data and setting up New Suppliers onto our finance systems. Managing the Estates inbox and calendar. Updating our energy usage records. Supporting auditing practices; collating data, in readiness for issue / review.
