Your new role
- To provide comprehensive, high quality administrative support, including developing and maintaining records and administrative systems as necessary
- To handle enquiries by telephone, email and in person and to ensure that responses are dealt with quickly and professionally, escalating more complex queries as appropriate
- To input and maintain relevant databases
- To engage with other departments and support the scheduling of maintenance and monitoring of fleet vehicles
- To build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external colleagues and service users and liaise with other departments as required
- To pass on information promptly and keep people informed to ensure co-ordination of effort and effective coordination of work.
- To arrange and support meetings as required
- To process orders and invoices
What you'll need to succeed
- Educated to NVQ level 2 or equivalent
- Recent administrative experience covering a wide range of activities/services
- Recent experience in an administrative customer facing role
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, in particular Word, Excel, Microsoft 365 and knowledge of Google Documents
- Recognised IT qualification (CLAIT, ECDL etc)
