Job Details The purpose of the Estates & Facilities Change Manager is to enable the benefits realisation of the Estates & Facilities element of the Evolve programme through supporting staff across Professional Services and ICR overall, in order to adopt new ways of working, new processes, behaviours, and digital systems to enable the ICR Estates strategy delivery. The Estates & Facilities Change Manager will work at two levels strategically supporting senior leaders to lead behavioural change in their teams, and pragmatically through working with employees to adopt a wide range of changes delivered through the Evolve Workstreams. The Estates & Facilities Change Manager is responsible for designing and implementing a holistic change management approach that will enable adoption and usage of process, ways of working and technology changes across the organisation. Liaising with stakeholders at all levels, the Estates & Facilities Change Manager will support colleagues to design, adopt and engage with changed ways of working to enable the Estates Strategy. Change management is a new capability at ICR and the Estates & Facilities Change Manager will embed the existing change management approach and toolkit to enhance the maturity of change management at ICR to ensure the full benefits of the programme are realised. Key Requirements The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
