Are you an estimator, with a background in M&E or Construction, seeking a progressive role which will see you add direct value to a highly reputable business, working closely with the senior leadership team to grow the business, whilst benefitting from a performance bonus scheme and the potential for great progression as the company continues to grow?

Are you looking to join a highly reputable, rapidly growing company which specializes in M&E installation and off-site manufacturing, offering turnkey solutions to industrial and commercial projects across the UK where you be in a crucial role, working on high-quality, landmark projects ranging from £1-6 million?

On offer is the opportunity to join a highly ambitious, innovative, and multi-disciplinary team of engineers. You will be responsible for estimating the cost of new projects, creating project proposals, and site surveys, leveraging your experience to improve the company's market position and achieve financial growth.

The Role:

• Submit proposals, ensuring competitive pricing and agreed profit margins
• Develop a rapport with clients, looking to continually improve relationships
• Plan persuasive pitches and approaches for potential clients
• Review prices, tender requests and quotations for installation projects

The Person:

• Estimator, with a background in M&E or Construction
