Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000 + discretionary bonus

Schedule: 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
The role of the Estimator - Roofing & Cladding Systems will involve:
- Estimator position dealing with various roofing and Cladding Systems including: hot melt roofing, single-ply membranes, flat roofing, cladding, and rain screens
- Reviewing tender enquiries and specifications to gain an understanding of project requirements
- Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required
- Liaise with suppliers and manufactures to obtain competitive prices
- Producing formal quotations to clients
- Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
- Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
- Estimating for projects ranging in value from £200k to £3m
The ideal applicant will be Estimator - Roofing & Cladding Systems with:
- Must have estimating experience within the roofing and cladding market sector
- Ideally will have experience dealing with hot melt roofing, single-ply membranes, flat roofing, cladding, and rain screens
- Must have a good understanding of technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail
- Enthusiastic, team play, who works well individually also
