AddressRecruitEasy are looking for a Estimator to work for our client based in Torbay, Devon.

Must be experienced in all aspects of construction / building estimating ranging from new build, renovation, alterations, maintenance works and general building.
Price ranges generally from £1K to £5M. So a good knowledge of government oriented works, i.e. NHS, education & local authority is required.
Our client has a diverse workload and the company prides itself on being able to maintain a good customer base which in turn is the mainstay of repeat business.
There are also in-house development projects. The company has a directly employed core workforce offering all trades. It also has an approved library of regularly engaged Sub-Contractors. The position requires the applicant to have a good knowledge of construction & maintenance IT programs.
While primarily office based, you will be required to visit various sites in order to ascertain the extent of works to be costed. Also to collate interim payments etc. As work progresses, you will be required to cost / log any additional items that are applicable to the project either via architect's instruction or dayworks. Generally the pricing levels
are tendered or estimated.

Requirements:
- Previous experience within a similar role

Pay Rate: £46,000 to £53,000 per Year
