DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a EU Data Controller to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
- This is a Key Role within the LLP dealing with not only internal teams such as Eu Planning , Eu tracking teams, MIS and Carrier Procurement , but also the JLR Inbound Freight and MP&L Teams
- The Operators will be responsible for ensuring that all key milestones are met and that these are recorded and closed off once Vehicle has arrived at Destination, to ensure that they trailers can be tipped without any delays
- Operators will be trained to fully conversant with the European Operator Role and be able to stand in as cover should it be needed. Will also need to fully understand the collection plans for both parts and empties returns, as well as OTM Operations
- To work as part of a Brexit Team - Dealing with customs compliance
- To ensure all paperwork is forwarded on as required and tracking sheets update accordingly

- Excellent organisational skills
- Can be flexible within the role and working hours, if needed.
- Admin experience required
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Computer Literate
- Brexit knowledge desirable
