SalaryEvent Assistant required for a conference in London 2nd May 2024
Roles and responsibilities
Assisting preparations for the event & Registration. This will include but not limited to:
- Room preparations
- Packing the takeaway folders
- Working the registration table
- Handing out marketing folders to guests as they arrive
- Collecting Response cards at the event
- Collecting marketing materials at the end of the event
- Passing the hand held microphones during audience Q&A
- Managing the Timer for presentations
Meeting time
The Event start time is 9:00am. Guests will begin arriving at 8:30am
Event Assistants will need to be there by 7:00am to assist with the preparations. There will be a lunch break and other breaks during the day.
