Berry recruitment are currently recruiting for a Event Customer Support Coordinator to work for our new client!!
Primary purpose of the role:
- To sell products and services to customers, support the sales in terms of processing orders, associated administration and problem resolution and maximise commercial return through the delivery of sales and service targets in support.
Key Responsibilities:
- To investigate and understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to the customer.
- To sell products and services as agreed by the business, maximising sales opportunities through cross and up selling additional products and services achieving sales and service targets.
- To Process sales orders through all sales channels and complete associated administration, within agreed service levels and quality standards
- To take owner ship of customer problems and achieve resolution through "helpdesk" functionality
Experience:
- Ability to interact with others, having good interpersonal skills - able to influence and negotiate
Personality Traits:
- Can work in a fast pace, High pressure, target driven environment
- Communicates effectively at all levels: face to face , telephone and for written correspondence, with external and internal customers, builds rapport , flexing style as required.
