Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Leadership: Lead and manage the operations on the event floor, ensuring seamless execution of events from setup to breakdown.
* Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of event staff, including servers, coordinators, and support staff, to guarantee exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
* Client Interaction: Interact with clients and event organizers to understand their requirements, address concerns, and ensure all expectations are met or exceeded.
* Logistics Coordination: Oversee event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and coordination of staff to guarantee the smooth flow of events.
* Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the event spaces.
* Problem Resolution: Effectively address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during events, ensuring a positive experience for clients and guests.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in events preferably in a high-end hotel or luxury event space.
* Can do attitude
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the event schedule.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace.
* Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and aesthetics.
