Part-time Operations / Events Coordinator; 20-25 hours per week, tech firm with social impact –– £16.50 p/h plus holiday pay, lunch and pension (c. £18-20K for the part-time hours)
This is a fantastic Operations / Events role for someone who is keen to work part-time, for around 20 hours per week, from 12 – 5pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Fantastic offices in WC1.
You will be involved across Workplace Coordination / Operations and Events for a busy, growing team as this technology firm grow their business in London. Newly created HQ with meeting rooms and high spec fit-out, plus in house chef providing staff lunches, you will be involved in supporting across the London team including:
- Meet and greet for clients / visitors Liaison with suppliers
- Onboarding new team members
- Organising fun events to help promote team culture
- PA / administrative duties Liaison with HQ in the US Ensuring that colleagues across the London team are happy and supported
This role will start in July and the firm would like a candidate to commit on an ongoing temporary basis for at least 6-12 months; opportunity to grow the role as the business increases its reach in London.
Hours will be 12pm - 5pm, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday with occasional cover later for team events. Some flexibility required, this is a great role for a candidate looking for a varied part time afternoon role across a dynamic, friendly team – this is a job share.
Hourly pay of £16.50 p/h plus pension, holiday pay and daily cooked lunch, (c. £18K for the part-time hours) great offices in WC1.
