Due to their continued success, they are now on the look for a Project Coordinator with Cvent to come on board and become a crucial member of their team!
The Role
Due to their continued success, they are now on the look for an Event Executive with experience in Cvent, to come on board and become a crucial member of their team!
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Project Managers, working across multiple projects
- Venue sourcing and supporting with information for proposals
- Delegate management including dealing with enquires
- Registering delegates on-site
- Booking travel and accommodation when necessary
- Supplier liaison
- Managing your own smaller projects from end to end
- Administration duties including managing and updating databases
- Supporting with budgets and cost tracking
- Supporting with on-site delivery
The Candidate
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in providing general event administration with the knowledge of Cvent, Word, PowerPoint and Excel being highly desirable.
Candidates must be able to communicate well and be confident client facing. By being involved in such as fast paced industry you need to be seen as a team player and have strong organisational skills. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and passionate about events!
