Job Title: Event Sales Development Manager
Location: Banbridge with Travel
Salary and Benefits: £30k - £40k withcar allowance and bonus
Hours of work: 39 hours per week- Mon to Friday with weekendwork to attend travel trade events and functions.

The Right Client- One of the largest indoor attractions in Ireland, invitingvisitors to go behind the scenes to learn about one of the most successful TVseries in History. They are looking to expand their market and seeking an EventSales Development Manager to drive the Business forward.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, this is a vital role withinthe team to drive Event Sales, provide operational and administrative supportfor the B2B travel trade partners and clients globally and this will involvefrequent travel nationally and internationally.
The Right role:
Develop and establish sound, effective andprofessional relationships with all current and prospective corporate,community, and wedding event contacts.
·Responsible for generating leads, converting Event Sales and responding toevent and group sales inquiries and providing proposals and follow-up asrequired.
· Day-to-day key account management of our partnerships.
· Deliverservice excellence across all touchpoints.
· Effective administration management.
· Responsible for achieving agreed KPIs
· Maintainup to date client database and CRM system.
The Right Fit:
Minimum two years’ experience in a salesrole within the hospitality sector, ideally within a visitor attraction, hotelor venue environment.
· Proventrack record of delivering sales, achieving targets and maintaining salesgrowth.
· Ability to generate new leads and build strong relationships withnew and existing trade clients
. · Experience innegotiation and agreeing contracts.
· I.T. / Microsoft Office proficient; comfortable with learning newsoftware as the business and role requires.
· Proficiency in Power-point and strong presentation skills
