Event Sales & Office Manager – Fun Leisure Venue

We are seeking an experienced Event Sales & Office Manager for this super fun venue in London.
They are an iconic space with multiple leisure offerings and are looking for a motivated individual to join their busy team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for converting all reactive event leads as well as managing team and dealing with all office duties.

What does the role entail?

• Handing and converting incoming event enquiries by phone, email and other systems.
• Effectively sell all event spaces, by liaising with clients on a reactive basis 
• Host client site visits, tastings and event logistics meetings 
• Manage and lead a team including Events Manager, Events Coordinator and Reservations Agents.
• Responsible for rota/holiday management and daily planning of team duties and responsibilities.
• Responsible for supporting and training agents.

What do we require from you?

• Previous and similar experience in the hospitality industry.
• Working knowledge out Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint  
• In-depth knowledge of Design My Night booking systems and reporting tools  
• Excellent organisation and communication skills 
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure 
• Enthusiastic, positive and self-motivated
