Sales Manager - Coworking Office Spaces

London WC2R 1AT (Hybrid) - Office in Strand on Mondays, 2-3 days across our London, 1-2 days WFH

£38,000-£42,000 - dependent on experience + Commission

Join our awesome Sales team where you'll take charge of the entire sales journey - from sparking interest with potential office clients to sealing the deal on our amazing Spacemade locations. We're after someone who's great at building connections and wants to be part of our exciting growth journey. Sound like you?


You will be:

  • Entrepreneurial. The type of person to thrive working in a fast-paced start-up. Occupancy rates and their revenue will be your thing. You will own it.

  • Experienced. You've been in flex office sales for some time and now looking to take ownership of a larger patch.

  • Friendly. A natural people person, warm and a rapport-builder. A first interaction with you will feel like connecting with a long-lost friend

  • Driven. As a skilled negotiator, you will be responsible for a cluster of buildings and take pride in owning business development and closing deals.

  • Organised. Nobody can be in two places at once but you'll have all bases covered due to your structured time management



Your Focus:

Lead Generation and Networking

  • Proactively bringing new leads through networking, outreach, and broker relations.

  • Driving occupancy and revenue in line with budget targets using creativity and insight.

  • Maintaining a constant awareness of competitor markets and products.


Sales Process Management

  • Lead qualification and accuracy in adding relevant information to the Sales System.

  • Hosting tours, entertaining local networks, and brokers.

  • Negotiating and closing deals with revenue and conversion targets.

  • Delivering weekly/monthly reporting on sales performance against KPIs.


Relationship Management

  • Nurturing and growing relationships with brokers and agencies to maximize brand awareness and lead flow.

  • Being the 'face' of locations among community teams, members, and the local community.

  • Supporting community managers to ensure a seamless sales experience and high retention.


Marketing and Strategy

  • Representing Spacemade at external and industry events.

  • Working with HOS on pre-launch strategy and Marketing Initiatives.

  • Ensuring overall revenue strategy adherence for all Private Offices Sales.

Success in this role is achieved through achieving desk rate budgets and KPIs measured by private office occupancy levels of locations.


Skills & Knowledge:

  • Previous sales experience within a flex or coworking background

  • A proven track record in the delivery of sales targets

  • Experience working within a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Skilled negotiator

  • Expert Hubspot user
