The role…
As the Events Administrator, your role will involve the following important duties:
- Provide administrative support to the events team.
- Support payment processes related to events and experiences.
- Coordinate the event selection process, reviewing application forms and approving events.
- Create purchase orders, invoices and more.
- Coordinate the non-technical assets and giveaway ordering process for events.
- Assist with hotel booking and housing management.
- Create reports and analyse data.
The experience required…
As a successful Events Administrator, you will have the following:
- Experience working within the events industry with a proven understanding of different event types.
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Team player.
- Excellent analytical and report-creation skills.
- Ability to read financial data.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
