Working hours: This is a full-time role with the expectation to attend events out of office hours
The Role:
- Manage bookings and administrative support for all events
- Gathering quotes from event suppliers
- Assist at off-site events
- Research and create advertisements for events
- Pre event and post event prize coordination
- Contacting attendees to thank them for attending
The Candidate:
- Drive, ambition, and a strong sense of initiative
- A willingness to learn and take on additional responsibility
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (including Excel and Power Point)
- A good level of spelling and grammar
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with people from a wide range of backgrounds
- Well organised
- Reliable and well presented
