Our client helps sustain venues across Cheltenham, supporting the local economy, and improving the local community. They deliver a wide variety of services and activities and have an exciting opportunity for an Events Assistant to join them.
The Events Assistant will help set up venues, ensuring they’re ready for events and functions within a timely manner. Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential.

Responsibilities:
- Set up spaces ready for events, and take down
- Maintenance of equipment and assets
- Support the delivery of events, providing excellent customer service
- Report any faults and/or damage to the relevant department
Skills/ Experience:
- Relevant experience in a similar environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Able to work under pressure and multi-task
- Basic level of IT skills
- An understanding of event operations, and health & safety
