Graduate Events Assistant Opportunity

Our client who specializes in education within the agriculture, animal, equine, sport and veterinary nursing sectors is currently recruiting an Events Assistant to join their hospitality Team on a temporary basis until the end of August. They are based on the outskirts of Gloucester, (approx. a 10-minute drive from the Centre of Gloucester).

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a dynamic and supportive team through the summer months!

To be considered for the role you must be able to pass a DBS check.

- You will be responsible for liaising with external clients to understand a brief, responding to requests and delivering the event in a friendly and professional manner providing excellent customer service.

- You will work as part of a dynamic hospitality and catering team in the eating outlets/venues across the estate, with a particular focus on hospitality supporting summer events.

- You will be responsible for greeting, assisting, and serving food and drinks at events.

- You will also undertake administrative tasks to support internal and external events.

- Working closely with the Catering Manager, you will support a variety of teams to deliver an exceptional service on the grounds.

Hours - 37.5 hours per week which would include some weekend working depending on the event.

Salary - Competitive, depending on experience.
