Events & Conference Executive

We are urgently seeking an Events & Conference temp, to work at a large public sector organisation near to Kings Cross.

The role is office based. 35 hours per week, working 9am to 5pm. The rate of pay is £24.72 per hour. (Equivalent to £45 000 annually).

The role is quite admin based but also hands on with the events. There will be some travel and the occasional overnight stay.

With the postholder helping to organise, administer and manage numerous National conferences and Events. Throughout the UK and very often in London.

Solid 'Health and Safety’ experience would be a bonus. With a focus on understanding disabilities and accessibility issues for attendees. The organisation is a champion of inclusion.

You will help with making their events more accessible for antendees with disabilities and/ or special needs.
