Events Coordinator

A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for an Events Coordinator to work for one of our clients within the wellness space. This is a brilliant opportunity to be at the heart of a purpose-driven, fast growing startup, making a real difference to others as well as fostering your own growth. The successful candidate will be UK based but happy to travel to Cardiff as and when needed. 
What You Will Do:
- Lead the development and management of comprehensive retreat programs, including scheduling, logistics, budget development and management and ensuring the smooth running of a successful programme
- Collaborate with facilitators, speakers, and venues  
- Develop and oversee retreat marketing and promotional activities to attract new participants
- Manage retreat registration and participant communication throughout the process
- Cultivate a positive and supportive environment for all retreat participants
Who You Are:
- Extensive experience in managing wellness programs or retreats, with a proven track record of leading and managing projects
- A passionate leader, who thrives in a dynamic and mission-driven environment
- An excellent communicator who can build strong relationships both internally and externally
- A strategic thinker
- Strong understanding and passion of the wellness industry
