What would I be doing?
As a Global Event Coordinator, you will be at the heart of producing a diverse portfolio of events, both in-person and virtual.
Your responsibilities will include:
Orchestrating and producing a line up of 5+ annual events
Presenting top-tier venues, hotels, and dining experiences to the Events Manager for consideration
Collaborating seamlessly with third-party stakeholders
Maintaining pristine records and presentation-ready materials across spreadsheets, websites, and event documents
Coordinating logistics with our internal team to ensure flawless execution
Managing event budgets to deliver maximum impact
Travelling globally to oversee events and ensure their success
What would they expect from me?
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the event industry
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Composure under pressure, thriving in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and budgets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in-person and over the phone
What qualifications and experience do I need?
At least 2 years of experience in event management
Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly
Experience working within budget constraints to achieve exceptional results
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software
