As Events Coordinator within TEAM you will:
- Craft Engaging Experiences: You will curate and coordinate a series of approx. 30 regional networking meetings, where the brightest minds in recruitment connect and thrive.
- Drive Virtual Networking: Plan and deliver 40 to 50 online webinars / meetings, designed to unite and inspire our niche divisions, from startups to specialist recruitment agencies.
- Celebrate Success: Play a pivotal support role in the pinnacle event of the year, our 10th annual conference, by working alongside the Managing Director to deliver a best-in-class networking experience.
Here at TEAM we are looking for an Events Coordinator with the following:
- Proven experience in planning and executing successful events, ideally within the recruitment or business services sector.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Creativity and innovation, with a passion for developing engaging event concepts.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
