Events Coordinator

As TEAM celebrates its 30th anniversary and gears up for our 10th Annual Recruitment Networking Conference, we are in search of an Events Coordinator to be the linchpin in a year of milestone events.
TEAM is the UK's leading recruitment network, dedicated to empowering independent recruitment businesses.  Along with a salary of up to £30,000 per annum, you will also receive flexible working (1-2 days per week in the Guildford office), a dynamic and supportive environment, learning and development opportunities, and the chance to make a real impact on the success of TEAM and the recruitment industry.
As Events Coordinator within TEAM you will:

• Craft Engaging Experiences: You will curate and coordinate a series of approx. 30 regional networking meetings, where the brightest minds in recruitment connect and thrive.
• Drive Virtual Networking: Plan and deliver 40 to 50 online webinars / meetings, designed to unite and inspire our niche divisions, from startups to specialist recruitment agencies.
• Celebrate Success: Play a pivotal support role in the pinnacle event of the year, our 10th annual conference, by working alongside the Managing Director to deliver a best-in-class networking experience.

Here at TEAM we are looking for an Events Coordinator with the following:

• Proven experience in planning and executing successful events, ideally within the recruitment or business services sector.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Creativity and innovation, with a passion for developing engaging event concepts.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
