Events Executive

Salary- upto £35,000 DOE

A renowned family-owned jeweler specializing in the world's most prestigious luxury brands seeks an experienced and highly organized Events Executive to plan and execute a variety of private and corporate events. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to deliver bespoke events that promote our exceptional jewelry and watches and strengthen client relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and oversee execution of intimate in-store dinner events for top clients showcasing new jewelry collections and timepieces from brands such as Patek Philippe, Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, etc.
• Organize small-scale client events such as jewelry viewings and watch trials. Manage invitation process, RSVP tracking, catering, staffing, displays and merchandising.
• Plan larger corporate events for 200-300 clients to increase brand visibility and foster customer loyalty. Secure venue, manage vendors, oversee setup/teardown, coordinate AV, food/beverage, decor, entertainment, etc.
• Oversee jewelry/watch inventory management for events, including transportation and security.
• Work with marketing team to promote events through digital and print channels. Track event metrics to inform future marketing strategy.
• Manage timelines, budgets and event orders/payments. Negotiate contracts with vendors/suppliers and venues.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors and venues. Provide excellent client service throughout all events.

Requirements:

• 3+ years coordinating high-end corporate events, preferably in luxury retail/jewelry
• Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Strong vendor management experience
• Savvy negotiator with proven budget management skills
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environment
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
