Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Live Experience team as an Experiential Account Executive. If you have some experience in the live events or experiential marketing industry and are eager to take the next step in your career, then this is the perfect chance for you.

You will have the chance to work with a prestigious portfolio of high-profile big name clients.

You’ll provide event support and guidance to the client's retail network, venue finding, management for key meetings and events, organising travel, accommodation and hospitality for client teams.

We want you to bring your passion for working in an integrated creative agency to our team. You'll have the opportunity to deliver insight led events while also building strong relationships with our valued clients and collaborative colleagues.

As a Live Experiences team, we are all about providing an exceptional level of service to our clients, delivering outstanding work, building strong relationships, and having as much fun as possible. We deliver campaigns including national product launches, road shows, sampling campaigns, pop-ups, brand partnerships, conferences and driving events.

The Day to Day

  • Support colleagues in running campaigns and projects for established and high-profile clients, taking ownership as needed.
  • Manage expectations of internal stakeholders throughout the duration of a project by effectively communicating information, actions and progress.
  • Research, review and analyse past events, make recommendations and book localised venues.
  • Gain an understanding of agency process, resource management, integrated thinking and the role experiential can play within the marketing mix.
  • Help with producing and updating client communications and project documentation, including contact reports, status reports, project plans, and health & safety documentation.
  • Contribute to the production of an exciting briefing process.
  • Support more senior team members with strategic work and the development of creative ideas and effective brand experiences.
  • Demonstrate an on-going interest in industry leading ideas and emerging trends.
  • Provide onsite event support as required, attending events for the set up and management of stands and equipment.

Requirements

Who will you be?

  • Ideally you will have gained experience in a similar role and have a developing understanding of event management and experiential marketing techniques.
  • Previous experience in event marketing, sponsorship and onsite delivery would be a huge help and be looking for a role where you can grow.
  • Organisation and the ability to manage, prioritise and juggle multiple projects efficiently is key to this role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) – with the ability to develop relationships quickly.
  • A desire to achieve high quality standards with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starting, motivated and highly personable, with the ability to inspire confidence in those you work with.
  • A calm and consistent manner when plans change, with the ability to think on your feet.
  • Drive, energy and enthusiasm, demonstrating a desire to learn and develop in the role.
