Description
For the period of the interim Events Manager role you will focus on (but not be limited to):
- Planning & delivery of a key event in April to both Internal and External audiences
- Shape the new event calendar to target both existing and new audiences
- Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to both understand their needs and communicate progress
- Support on the hiring of junior team members
Profile
The candidate that secures the Events Manager role will bring:
- Proven track record in planning and executing a broad range of small scale events (including: roundtables, webinars, hybrid) that build an organisations reputation.
- Demonstrable financial acumen & budget management capability
- Ability to identify new audiences and event opportunities.
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills to bring fresh thinking and new event ideas that will drive the businesses reputation.
