Events Manager - hybrid working option
We are looking for an experienced B2B Events Manager to help deliver major international exhibitions and conferences.
With responsibility for events across UK and the EMEA region, your will help plan and co-ordinate conferences, exhibitions and workshops aimed at senior figures within key industry sectors.
Working closely with senior managers, you will liaise with contractors, hotels, venues, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors. Here are just some of your responsibilities:
- creating and managing event budgets, forecasts and final reports
- preparing production schedules
- helping marketing team with the creation and production of both digital and print marketing content / collateral
- supporting both sponsorship and sales teams to fulfil their obligations to exhibitors and sponsors
- communicating with all stakeholders including speakers, sponsors and exhibitors
- managing all logistics for each event including negotiating with suppliers
- managing all on-the-day duties.
In short, you will help deliver successful events from start to end.
Proven track record from the exhibitions and conferences industry
As Events Manager, you will need to bring a track record of delivering successful exhibitions and conferences for major B2B event organisations.
Certainly, you will have extensive hands-on experience and understanding of every aspect of helping deliver major exhibitions and conferences as well as working closely with a range of teams including marketing, delegate sales and sponsorship.
