It's an exciting time to join the RNIB Challenge Events team on a 12 month fixed term contract. We're a friendly and dedicated team, who love delivering amazing experiences for our fundraisers.

This role can be worked on a hybrid basis with the requirement to attend our London based office a minimum of once per month. There may also be occasions where travel to different events is required.
What you'll be doing
Helping to support on management for a variety of challenge event projects, with a focus on outstanding supporter stewardship and maximising supporter fundraising and recruitment.
Who we are looking for
The successful person will have some experience of working in a fast-paced challenge events fundraising team, and an interest in learning about event experiences, creative marketing campaigns and supporter journeys.
You will be a highly organised individual with confident project management skills, and an ability to manage your time and priorities. An enthusiastic person who can work well within a team while also working independently.
