AddressWe are seeking a motivated Events Sales Coordinator to join our Events Team at Southbank Team.
This Event Sales Coordinator role will work across our Southbank offices in Sea Containers and Rose Court. This role will be part of the team responsible for organizing and delivering reactive commercial events from the initial enquiry stage through to event planning and meeting the event booker on the day. They will also introduce them to the operational team on the day and support in all other aspects of the event booking and delivery process.
The candidate will support the events team in delivering the sales and marketing plan, hosting site visits and creating an innovative offer in conjunction with the chef and operational team. They will need to be proficient in our CRM system, engage with clients, produce all paperwork relating to the events, and ensure the operations team are fully briefed for delivery.
The candidate will need to have good sales and negotiation skills, initiative, drive and enthusiasm. Good planning and organizational skills will be essential.
The role is an exciting opportunity within a fast paced sales environment. The ideal candidate will to be hands-on, flexible, and capable of dealing with multiple projects simultaneously.
