Exam Invigilator

Empowering Learning are a market leading education recruitment company. We are working in partnership with a large school based in Hartlepool, who are looking to appoint Exam Invigilators. These are Part-time vacancies covering Exam season, seeking outstanding candidates to join the school on their journey of growth. The job

• The school is looking for someone who is passionate about Education, to provide the very best opportunity for students across the school.
• In this exciting role, you will contribute to the smooth running of the Exam timetable
• In addition, you will provide expertise in delivering exceptional, time keeping and accuracy to meet the needs of the students going through the exam process.
• To support and hold to account other staff in the school through monitoring and feedback
• To support the school in the implementation of agreed whole school policies and initiatives.
• To plan and facilitate professional invigilation periods.

The successful candidate will

• Have outstanding communication and accuracy in all work
• Have excellent behaviour management.
• Have experience of lesson observations and giving robust feedback.
• Have experience of improvement planning.
• Have experience of implementing a range of strategies to raise student achievement, with evidence of success.
• Have experience of exam invigilation
