Examinations and Data Administrator
We are looking for two competent efficient administrators to work as a job share opportunity within the Examinations and Data Department.
The Exams with Data support role is based on 18 hours per week over 3 working days, 8.30am- 2.30pm. During peak periods (10 weeks per year) 22.5 hours per week, 7.30am-3.40pm.
The Data with Exams support role is based on 15 hours per week over 3 working days, 10am-3pm. During peak periods (10 weeks per year) 20.5 hours per week 7.30am-3pm.
Although the role is advertised as a job share, applications are welcome from applicants interested in combining the roles as one job, working 35.45 hours per week.
The posts are well suited to highly organised administrators with a systematic approach to successfully completing a range of tasks. The ability to work alongside a large team of people is important, and effective communication at all levels is essential. The post requires flexibility, a dynamic approach to work and the ability to adapt. Strong personal resilience, both physically and mentally, are essential.
Starting salary for a full-time post at Band E (points 4-6) is within the range £23,115 to £23,893 per annum, starting point depending on experience and qualifications.
Exams with Data Support– Average 763 hours per year/ 19.075 Hours per week - salary based on hours and weeks worked calculated at £10,587 - £10,943 per annum subject to any continuous service.
Data with Exams Support – Average 654.9 hours per year/ 16.3725 Hours per week - salary based on hours and weeks worked calculated at £9,087 - £9,393 per annum subject to any continuous service.
Exams & Data Administrator – 1418 hours per year/ 35.45 hours per week – salary based on hours and weeks worked calculated at £19,676 to £20,338 per annum subject to any continuous service.
