SalaryWe are looking for an experienced Data Administrator to join our team. You will join us on a part time, 1-year Fixed Term Maternity Cover (16-18 per week to be worked over 2 or 3 days). In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour with excellent bonus scheme.

About the role:
As a Data Administrator, you will be an integral part of our thriving After Sales Team at our Contact Centre in Hedge End. It is a fantastic work environment where everyone strives for excellence.
You will experience an abundance of support through regular reviews, allowing you to flourish and contribute to the company’s continued growth.
Responsibilities as our Data Administrator will include:
- Maintaining a cleansed database and oversee data requests for marketing purposes.
- Completing monthly reports.
- Supporting our Aftersales Contact Advisors by answering incoming service booking telephone calls and calling our existing customers.
- Maintaining and updating customer personal and transaction records so they are useful to other retailer staff by accurately keeping them up to date
- Maximise workshop bookings
Technical Skills and knowledge we're looking for in our Data Administrator:
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
- Effective communication skills
- Experience within customer service would be advantageous
