Are you passionate about managing the intricate details that keep a business running smoothly? We are seeking a skilled People & Data Administrator to play a pivotal role in our dynamic team. As the custodian of global data, you will collaborate with People Business Partners to ensure accurate and timely payroll administration. From managing sickness and absence reporting to supporting payroll processes with data entry, you'll be at the heart of our operations.
Your attention to detail, excellent Excel skills, and ability to present data clearly will shine as you produce monthly KPI reporting and analyse trends. Bring your resilience and positive approach to thrive in our fast-paced environment, supporting various aspects from onboarding to redundancy documentation.
You'll manage end-to-end payroll administration, oversee absence reporting, and play a crucial role in maternity and paternity processes. Your excellent communication skills will be essential in responding to People administrative queries, while your proficiency in Microsoft Office will aid in producing detailed metrics and dashboards. You'll also collaborate with Business Partners on grading reviews and contribute to the development and reporting of learning and development metrics.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Prior experience in a similar role is essential
- Excellent Excel skills with a focus on data integrity
- Strong attention to detail and ability to present data clearly
- Resilience and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and professionalism at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to manage workload and deadlines effectively
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, knowing when to escalate issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in people or finance functions preferred
