Role Purpose
To provide the UK&I Project Management and Building Consultancy department with administrative support ensuring that any project information is saved safely and securely.
Key Responsibilities
- Working with the finance administrators to undertake any duties required to support them.
- Using Salesforce, ensuring that any project documentation is saved and recorded.
- Processing clients through the central system, liaising with the internal AML team, if required.
- Attend any team meetings, as required.
- Processing new vendors onto our financial system.
- Undertake Conflict of Interest checks for the fee earners highlighting anything of concern and saving a signed version onto the system.
- Undertake any internal training as and when required.
- Ensure all projects live on our financial system comply with ISO requirements and work with the team during internal and external audits.
- Holiday cover for other Data Administrators, when required
Key Requirements
- Understanding of Salesforce and Client IQ preferable but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
- Highly developed time management skills - the ability to work to very tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy
- Maintain a positive attitude towards routine tasks
- Diligent with accurate and exceptional attention to detail
- Pro-active and forward thinking, enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team
- Able to liaise with various levels of seniority with ease
- Flexible approach to work
- Understands and appreciates the importance of using discretion
- Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00 per year
