Job Title: Data Entry Administrator
Location: Fawley, Southampton
Salary: £28,200 to £30,800 per annum
Contract: Temporary, 12-months
Working Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours

Job Description:
Prior experience in a Data Entry role is essential for this position.
The key responsibilities include:
- Working with Excel and other data spreadsheets, understanding and inputting local data to systems.
- Liaising with business teams and providing necessary reports.
- Assessing files to determine the information that needs to be input and the appropriate location for entry.
- Compiling and sorting information to prepare source data for entry.
- Entering and updating information into programs and databases.
- Maintaining Data Entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Working with moderate work direction and being able to identify and address issues/problems, with some assistance in resolving them.
- Capable of managing, training, and mentoring other team members and lead Projects.
- handling confidential and sensitive data.
Qualifications and skills:
- Previous experience working within a Data Entry role.
- DocuSign knowledge for controls endorsements
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and SharePoint, Docusign, Powerpoint, Adobe Pro, Outlook, Zoom and Notebook
- Highly numerate and accurate in Data Entry tasks.
- Confident and adaptable, able to question anomalies and address challenges when required.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- strong team working skills, and your ability to collaborate effectively are essential
