Job title: Data Entry Administrator
Location: Basingstoke - Fully office based
Type: Temporary for 3 months, possibly longer
Hours: Mon to Fri (regular office hours)
Start Date: 4th March 2024
Duties:
- To be responsible for cleansing a range of data sets to pre-set protocols.
- Keep records of all changes for audit purposes.
- Be proactive in seeking verification of data anomalies, working with the Master Data Manager to resolve data queries.
- Ensure data is cleansed to a state of readiness for project commencement.
- Work with other departments to ensure data cleansing changes are effective across all areas.
- Responsible for cleansing pre-defined data sets to a standard set by the Master Data Manager and project team.
- Run weekly and monthly reports on data update status
- Experience Required
- Data entry experience
- Microsoft Office use - specifically Excel - filtering, VLOOKUP
- ERP systems knowledge
- Time management
- Attention to detail
- Be able to work independently
