Support the contracts team
Maintain and update customer personal and transaction records so they are useful to other departments of the business. 

• Carry out a cleanse of customer records and deduplicate.
• Update customer records as requested from other departments.
• Remove customer records where required.
• Add / amend customer details.
• Action unsubscribes and bounce backs.
• Improve data capture quality, monitor new customer creations and run a weekly reports. 
• Run data reports for various campaigns.
• Cleanse data that has been pulled from the system.
• Update bookings tracker report.
• Input telephone statistics into excel reports.
• Run Monthly Reports.
• Keep customer and transaction records up to date and accurate
• Establish and record customer contact preferences
