SalaryWe have a new high-level EA position for a Venture Capital firm supporting the Managing Partner and part-time support to the General Partner of a VC firm. This is a fully remote role. We are looking for a focused, forward-thinking, highly organised EA who is tech-savvy and can commit to this demanding but super exciting role!
This is a busy position that provides high-level support, including business and personal, extensive travel arrangements, and managing schedules for busy individuals.
You will support the Managing Partner, based across different locations, including Paris, London and the US. The Managing partner's wife has a huge interest in Art and Foundations and is on the board of many across the world.
The EA will act as a primary point of contact and manage the Managing Partner’s personal and professional schedule, correspondence, travel, IT support, and day-to-day activities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, experience working across time zones, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
The role is fully remote but an ideal candidate would be located in London, occasional presence at the MP’s home in London may be requested.
Be able to work across US Mountain Time Zone, US East Coast Time Zone, and UK Greenwich Mean Time when needed and be extremely confident in working across timezones.
Minimum high school or equivalent degree.
Minimum 10-15 years of executive assistant experience.
