We are seeking a highly skilled and organised Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the managing directors within the Investment Banking team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations, managing confidential information, and facilitating effective communication both internally and externally.
This position is temporary (minimum of 2 months with a likelihood to be extended) and is paying £25 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Investment Banking team, managing their schedule, appointments, and emails efficiently.
- Coordinate and organise meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements, ensuring all arrangements are executed seamlessly.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, clients, and investors.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the MD’s, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in managing tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, preferably within the finance or Investment Banking industry.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
