We are exclusively recruiting for leading Foreign Exchange providers looking to hire a Compliance Manager & MLRO for their London office.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for updating the AML/CTF Policies, Controls and Procedures Manual, so it is in line with current legislation, guidance from FCA, HMRC, JLMSG, and best practice
- Consistently available to advise staff on customer compliance queries
- Management of company's operational resilience including update of 'Business Continuity Plan' and 'Operation and Security Risk Assessment'
- Responsible for reviewing company internal SARs and reporting SARs to the NCA
- Creating and advising on company policies to strengthen compliance controls
- General running of company data protection
- Creation and amendment of the company Privacy Statement, Data Protection Policy, and IT Security Policy
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years relevant regulatory experience, preferably with Foreign Exchange knowledge
- Knowledge of UK regulatory compliance requirements including, but not limited to, FCA/HMRC regulations, Anti- Money Laundering (AML)/Financial Crime and risk management principles
- Good communicator with excellent oral and written skills
