Executive Assistant

IMMEDIATE START - BOARD LEVEL EA

An exciting interim contract for an experienced, Board-level Executive Assistant who is able to demonstrate significant exposure to supporting a C-suite function. A great chance to gain FTSE 100 exposure

Based close to Luton (car travel essential for 3 days office presence), this assignment will last 8-12 weeks with possibility for extension and involves supporting on a 1:1 basis with significant Board interaction.

You must have supported at Board /C-Suite level previously to be considered. The role will include but won't be limited to:

-Extensive cross-border diary management, coordinating meetings, calls and offsites

-Inbox management with the ability to prioritise and respond on behalf of the executive where necessary

-Travel coordination including itineraries and accommodation bookings
