I am delighted to be recruiting an interim Executive Assistant to cover a 12-month Maternity Leave contract. This role will be working on behalf of a local Charity who work in full support of families and young children. This is a hybrid role, currently offering 30 hours per week.
You will be working on behalf of the Director and Senior Programme Team to oversee corporate governance practices, ensure compliance and facilitate effective communication within the organisation. You must have experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant as well as minute taking which will be very important for this role.
Key points of the role:
- Supporting Directors and Chairs of various forums in co-producing agendas and materials
- Minuting of meetings, accurately recording decisions and actions
- Managing appointments and travel for the Director and Senior Team
Key points of the person:
- Experience of working effectively as a PA / EA in a busy environment
- Experience in the preparation and documentation of meeting minutes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
